Delete Account

Panchayat Form Seva allows users to permanently delete their account and associated personal information at any time.

How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly from the Panchayat Form Seva mobile application.

1. Open the Panchayat Form Seva app.
2. Sign in to your account.
3. Go to Profile.
4. Open Account Settings.
5. Select Delete Account.
6. Confirm the deletion request.

Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed immediately.

What Data Will Be Deleted

The following information will be permanently deleted:

• Account information
• Name
• Email Address
• Mobile Number
• Address
• Village
• Taluka
• District

What Data Is Not Stored

Panchayat Form Seva does not permanently store the data entered in Panchayat forms or the generated PDF documents.

Generated PDF files are saved only on your own device. Deleting your account will not remove PDF files already saved on your device.

Data Retention

Once your account is deleted, your personal account information is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
