5. PDF Generation
The information entered in forms is used solely to generate PDF documents requested by the user.
Generated PDF files are saved only to the storage location selected by the user on their own device.
We do not permanently store generated PDF files on our servers.

Only the following account-related information is stored on our servers:
- Username
- Mobile Number
- Email Address
- Address
- Village
- Taluka
- District
All other information entered into Panchayat forms is processed only for PDF generation and is not permanently stored on our servers.
7. Service Availability
We strive to keep Panchayat Form Seva available at all times. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the application.
8. Limitation of Liability
Panchayat Form Seva is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
We are not responsible for any loss, damage, delay, or consequences arising from:
- Incorrect or incomplete information entered by users.
- Errors in generated documents resulting from user-provided data.
- Loss of PDF files stored on the user's device.
- Temporary interruptions or technical issues affecting the service.
